Sales Recruiter

Overview

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring entry-level sales candidates across the PLS network. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career.   

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants
• Represent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking events
• Track and document all efforts in applicant tracking systems
• Assist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperwork
• Identify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills
• Review applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position
• Screen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organization
• Utilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activity
• Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of recruiting strongly preferred
• Comfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environment
• Sense of urgency and bias for action
• Strong ability to articulate verbally and present professionally
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
