Each day, we provide a safe, positive environment for youth in grades K–8 — empowering them to achieve academic success, live healthy lifestyles, and develop strong character and citizenship.This is more than a management role. Responsibilities

What You’ll DoAs Club Director, you are the heartbeat of the Club. You will:

• Lead daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality Club experience
• Inspire, coach, and develop a team of staff and volunteers
• Build strong partnerships with schools, families, and community leaders
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Grow membership and deepen family engagement
• Represent the Club at community events and meetings
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in nonprofit management, youth development, or related field, including staff supervision
• Experience in program development and community engagement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working directly with youth preferred

Compensation

Salary Range: $68,640 – $70,020 annually

The salary range represents the anticipated base pay for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon:

• Live Scan fingerprint clearance and background check (in accordance with California law and the Fair Chance Act)
• TB testing and clearance
• Verification of authorization to work in the United States
