Your role:

• Study and transform AI research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Design and develop AI-driven systems and applications.
• Research and implement appropriate AI models, techniques, and tools.
• Build and deploy AI applications according to business and technical requirements.
• Develop appropriate datasets, data pipelines, and representation methods for AI tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis, benchmarking, and model optimization.
• Fine-tune and update models as needed to improve performance.
• Integrate and extend existing AI libraries and frameworks.
• Engineer effective prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, including LLMs, generative AI, and neural networks.

What makes you stand out:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role focused on GenAI.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing concepts.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and tools (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, llama.cpp, Ollama, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building, deploying, and scaling AI models in production environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
• BSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience building & scaling Agentic Systems.
• Familiarity with MCP Servers.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs for AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of LLMOps practices and tools for managing the lifecycle of LLM-based applications.
• Experience with edge AI, on-device inference, or model quantization.
• Background in reinforcement learning, computer vision, or generative models (e.g., GANs, diffusion models).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI/ML research.
