Culver’s of Kansas City is looking for new full and part-time back of house True Blue Crew Members! Now hiring team members $13.75-$16+/hour based on experience and availability!

Our back-of-house (BOH) crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment, working together as a team to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
