Our Mission Champions We are seeking Mission Champions—individuals who are problem solvers at heart and who enjoy delivering best-in-class, empathetic service. Our Champions focus on building genuine connections with our community members, donors, and volunteers. This role is crucial in ensuring that every interaction reflects the compassion and integrity of the Neighborhood Christian Center. A Day in the Life of a Mission Champion You will be working diligently with our community, providing support and solutions related to the core functions of the Center:Program & Event Support: Answering questions regarding eligibility, registration, scheduling, and logistics for our community programs (e.g., educational classes, food drives, youth services).Donor & Volunteer Care: Handling general inquiries regarding donations, receipt requests, tax documentation, and volunteer opportunities.General Inquiries: Providing basic information, troubleshooting website access, and directing complex inquiries to the appropriate department (e.g., Finance, Outreach).Issue Resolution: Utilizing your unique set of listening and troubleshooting skills to own customer interactions with a goal of one-call resolution, ensuring the individual feels assisted in the supportive manner they deserve. Why Work with the Neighborhood Christian Center? Pay starts at a minimum of $23.00 per hour! We provide a supportive, mission-driven culture that values partnership and purpose.
