Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage application development projects, including backend, frontend, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role is based in Pune and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of application development projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks, providing timely resolutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, updates, and reports for stakeholders.
Technical Oversight:
- Collaborate with development teams (backend, frontend, and mobile) to ensure alignment on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to teams during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance across applications.
- Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and clients to define project requirements and scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 10-13 years of experience in application development, with hands-on exposure to backend, frontend, and mobile app development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python).
- Expertise in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficiency in mobile app development (e.g., iOS, Android, Flutter).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
