Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is looking for a Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team, for season 2026.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece the Waiter provides the highest level of service and professional excellence, while being ever present in the outlet operation. The Waiter reports to the F&B Supervisor.

As Waiter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide respectful and generous service to both guests and colleagues.

• Follow all service steps thoroughly, requesting assistance promptly to avoid service delays.

• Manage the opening and closing of the outlet, including mise en place and setup.

• Maintain cleanliness in service and back-of-house areas.

• Attend pre-service briefings and ensure tasks are followed up efficiently.

• Operate the POS system and prepare bills accurately.

As Waiter, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.

• 1 year of F&B service experience.

• Fluency in English.
