Store & Operations Manager (TCG & Sports Cards)

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Store & Operations Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing business in the Trading Card Games (TCG) and Sports Cards industry.
This role combines operations, product management, and content/community involvement, making it ideal for someone who understands both retail execution and digital culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and overall business activities
- Propose product assortment, quantities, and purchasing strategy
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to execute purchases based on management direction
- Develop and manage a product promotion calendar
- Maintain and organize a structured supplier & inventory database
- Monitor and support the e-commerce store (e-shop) operations
Content & Community
- Support and help structure the streamers program & schedule
- Participate in live streams when required (ad hoc basis)
- Contribute ideas and direction for social media content
- Assist in building and growing the brand's online community (Discord, Instagram, TikTok)
Operations Support
- Handle shipping & receiving processes (customers & suppliers)
- Manage payments, expenses, and operational tasks
- Additional Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at events, conventions, and fairs (optional, based on interest)
