This Position reports to:
Sales ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for local/ strategic accounts focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.

This role is contributing to the Motion business based at Vishakhapatnam , India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Understanding the key drivers of the relevant customer’s business and their business environment and accordingly interpreting the impact and opportunity for ABB.
- Defining and proposing sales targets for the account and ensuring those are achieved with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries.
- Creating added value for both the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
- Driving the application of standardized Marketing and Sales processes and tools for the account.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
- Require more than 5 years of experience in service sales
- Good knowledge on variable frequency drives (low or medium Voltage VFDs)
- Motors and Generators/Alternators (LT and HT)
- Industries and various applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com/ MS PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
