Job Description

This role contributes to components of programs and processes to support individual business function objectives. Also provides support within subject matter expertise for assigned program, and across the enterprise for other focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with the coordination, integration, and delivery of planned change, projects, or programs

• Consistently plans, implements, and manages small projects

• Tracks and has shared accountability for planned performance and results

• As directed, develops presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations

• Analyzes data as it relates to programs, projects and processes

• As directed, supports the development/design of new plans, programs & processes of simple complexity

• Deepens understanding within functional area to support continuous improvement

• Assist with identifying problems in area of specialty, including business, process and technical problems

• As directed, contributes to project milestones to achieve plan objectives

• As directed, support the future vision and strategy for large-scale programs, including contributing to development of business cases and execution roadmaps and three-year plans

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 53,500.00 - 84,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
