Short Intro and About the Job
The Support Center Intern position is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate support to internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the first point of contact for inquiries, issues, and requests related to P2P processes, systems, and operations. The Specialist ensures consistent service excellence by following standard procedures, maintaining strong communication, and actively contributing to process improvement within the Support Center.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inquiry & Ticket Management
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder inquiries via ticketing system, email.
- Classify, prioritize, and resolve tickets within agreed service-level timelines.
- Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all interactions.
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver responsive, professional, and customer-focused communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure high satisfaction by proactively following up on pending matters.
3. Data & Quality Management
- Maintain accurate data in systems and logs.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with global standards and policies.
- Support reporting activities (KPIs, SLAs, monthly dashboards).
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or during studies;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and respond professionally to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers;
- Strong motivation to learn and grow within P2P/Finance processes and systems;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Team player with a with a willingness to learn and adapt;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Outlook and Excel);
- Sense of responsibility and reliability in completing assigned tasks;
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Available for full-time work until the end of 2026
