Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The DMO Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations related to prices and discounts master data maintenance, ensuring high levels of service, data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency aligned with PepsiCo standards and the Global Template (PGT Program).
The DMO Analysts ensure adherence to established workflows, business rules, and controls. requestors, technical teams, and DMO champions to support business continuity, process optimization, and the successful implementation of master data initiatives.
By driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, the DMO Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and reliable master data that enables business transactions, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across SAP ECC, SAP WF, and legacy systems.
Your Impact
As DMO - Operations Pricing Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Perform data maintenance in SAP ECC/SAP WF environment and ensure high quality data per the defined global template rules/standards
- Supervise daily operations to ensure service delivery targets, SLAs, KPIs, and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
- Support Team Leadership in the creation, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Apply knowledge of PepsiCo policies and governance standards to ensure proper transaction processing, control execution, and maintenance of updated process documentation.
- Periodically review process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements and governance standards.
- Continuously identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts to increase operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor controls to improve compliance with data standards, completeness, accuracy, and proper usage of master data across the enterprise.
- Develop and oversee data quality scorecards and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global process owners to resolve escalations, align priorities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by explaining the impact of master data on business processes, reporting, and downstream systems.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of data models, systems, and end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas and regions.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and transformation initiatives related to Data Management.
- Lead issue resolution activities and coordinate cross-functional teams to address complex operational challenges.
- Conduct performance monitoring and support talent development activities, including training plans, succession planning, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and customer service excellence within the team.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computers/ Management Information Systems or related fields preferred
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Management- Material & BP Customer/Supplier
- At least 1 year of experience in SAP Enterprise or MDG/S4 HANA preferred
- System implementation, testing & baseline support experience a plus
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel & VBA
- Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues as required
- Detail-orientated, thorough with documentation/communication
- Working knowledge of Business Processes in the Customers, Prices or Materials Master Data Domain
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
- Technical experience in SAP Enterprise or MDG / S4 HANA
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and other)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge in mass update tools like Winshuttle is a plus
- Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Acting as owners, willingness to work hard & demonstrate strong attitude to learn/deliver results
- Ability to manage day to day execution, establishes plans and objectives and resolve issues
- Under limited supervision, ability to independently own work or team resources work in functional area, applying enhanced analytical skills to master data requests
