Department: Rehabilitation- Physical Therapy
Shift’s Available: Days
Employment Type: Per Diem/PRN
Hours: Flexible Weekday Hours
Location: Saint John Hospital, Leavenworth, KS
Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings. This role offers flexible scheduling, exposure to diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor, vestibular/balance, and post-acute care, and the opportunity to provide 1:1 patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are licensed PTs with strong clinical skills and a passion for collaborative, high-quality rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient and/or inpatient populations
- Deliver 1:1 patient-centered care focused on functional improvement and outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and specialty conditions
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and EMR standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery goals
- Maintain clinical quality, safety standards, and productivity expectations
Qualifications

- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
