Supplier Manager: Content Procurement

As the Commercial Supplier Manager – Content Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in driving day-to-day commercial strategy and operational continuity across key supply channels. You will be the central point of contact for high-value strategic suppliers, including major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), content aggregators, bill payment platforms, and digital voucher providers.

Requirements:

 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in supplier management, procurement, or commercial operations.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong contract administration skills, financial awareness, and proven negotiation capabilities.
• Technical & System Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and practical experience working with ERP or enterprise procurement systems.
• Analytical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in record-keeping and data reconciliation.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience working with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), digital content aggregators, bulk airtime distributors, or bill payment service providers.
• Cross-Functional Background: Exposure to working alongside internal stock control, treasury, and pricing teams within a high-volume transactional environment.
