Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of swimming pools, spa pools, and water features.
  • Monitor and maintain pool water chemistry, including testing and treatment.
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain pool filtration systems, pumps, motors, dosing systems, and associated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, filters, valves, pipelines, and circulation systems.
  • Conduct plumbing repairs related to pool systems, including pipe fitting, leak detection, and valve replacement.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and resort operational standards.
  • Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the Engineering Supervisor.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and pool-related emergencies.
  • Assist the Engineering team with general maintenance duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance within hotels, resorts, water parks, or similar facilities.
  • Good knowledge of swimming pool systems, water treatment, and chemical handling.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and pipe installations.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of pool pumps, filtration systems, and circulation equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to pool operations.
