Job Summary

As an IT Assistant (Graduate), you will support the Information Technology Department’s digital transformation, governance, and operational initiatives through a combination of administrative support, data analysis, digital content creation, and process improvement activities. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise technologies while contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen digital engagement across the organization.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Assistant (Graduate), who will support divisional activities through reporting, data analysis, content development, workflow automation, and administrative coordination. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their technical and business skills while gaining practical experience within a global and multicultural environment. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about technology, innovation, and digital transformation. You should be comfortable working with digital tools, collaborating with multiple teams, and supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and other reporting tools

  • Support the development of presentations, infographics, communications materials, and training content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

  • Explore and apply artificial intelligence tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analytics technologies to improve operational processes

  • Assist with project coordination activities, including preparing reports, monitoring progress, and documenting key deliverables

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, tracking action items, and managing documentation

  • Support procurement, budget monitoring, resource management, and governance-related activities

  • Coordinate divisional activities, workshops, onboarding sessions, and internal events

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and support ongoing business initiatives

  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen technical and professional skills

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and business units

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Academic, internship, or project experience involving digital technologies, data analysis, or business operations

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to digital transformation initiatives

Preferred:

  • Experience with low-code or no-code development platforms

  • Exposure to workflow automation technologies

  • Knowledge of governance, procurement, budgeting, or resource management processes

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and data visualization platforms

  • Experience creating digital learning materials, presentations, or communication assets

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings
