What you’ll do:
- Build for Impact: Design and deliver secure, scalable software within small, agile, high performing teams.
- Stay Hands-On: Balance writing quality code with shaping overall architecture and technical strategy.
- Lead by Example: Set modern engineering standards, champion best practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps), and mentor teammates.
- Solve Real World Problems: Work directly with customers to untangle complex requirements and deliver high value solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- Security Clearance: Active SC clearance with eligibility to obtain DV clearance (essential).
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience delivering production grade systems in complex, highly regulated environments.
- Technical Depth: Mastery of at least one modern language (Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, etc.).
- Cloud & Security Mindset: Hands on experience with cloud/container technologies and a security first approach to development.
- Technical Leadership: Confidence influencing architecture decisions and driving continuous improvement across teams.
