Position: Senior UX/UI Designer (Partner Integrations)
Location: Remote from LATAM
Contract Type: Full-time vendor (Direct contract with Inallmedia.com)
Time Zone Alignment: EST / CST ยฑ2 hours
๐งญ About Inallmedia.com
Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.
๐ Project Overview
You will join a high-performing design team embedded with a world-leading global hiring and recruitment marketplace platform. Your primary focus as a contractor will be shaping and redesigning the partner integration experience for enterprise employers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms. You will deliver end-to-end design ownership from day one, creating intuitive, highly functional partner-facing workflows at the intersection of complex technical systems (APIs, developer tools) and critical business relationships.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Execute hands-on, end-to-end UX/UI product design as a Senior Individual Contributor (IC), focusing specifically on technical integration experiences for enterprise partners.
- Prototyping & AI Integration: Build high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma alongside modern AI-assisted design and coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Design System Application: Apply and extend existing components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines within an established enterprise design system to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Testing & Validation: Plan and execute usability testing and A/B testing methodologies to validate design hypotheses, gather user insights, and continuously iterate.
- Cross-Functional System Design: Design complex, partner-facing workflows that bridge technical infrastructure (APIs and developer portals) with business relationships, balancing functional depth with exceptional usability.
๐ก Must-Have Skills
- Experience Level: 5+ years of professional Product UX Design experience as a Senior IC (Individual Contributor). Must be a hands-on builder rather than a pure strategy or managerial lead.
- Core Tooling: Mastery of Figma coupled with hands-on experience utilizing modern AI-assisted design, prototyping, or coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent).
- Design & Validation Methodologies: Proven track record of working within an established design system, running structured usability tests, and conducting A/B testing experiments.
- Portfolio Requirement: A professional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies and complex workflow solutions is required for consideration.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions across technical and product stakeholders in an Agile, fully remote environment.
๐ Nice-to-Have Skills
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience designing for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
- Marketplace Systems: Experience designing user flows for complex, two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker / employer ecosystems).
- Accessibility & Inclusion: Practical experience applying WCAG 2.2 standards and inclusive design principles to enterprise web applications.
๐ Time Zone & Collaboration
The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to EST/CST. Flexibility to overlap throughout North America business hours is expected.
๐ฌ Language
All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.
