## About this Role
We are seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in cloud technologies, automation, platform operations, and software delivery. This role offers hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and platform support while working alongside experienced engineers.
## What you’ll do
- Monitor applications and infrastructure.
- Support deployments, releases, and platform operations.
- Assist with incident investigation and resolution.
- Perform basic AWS and Azure operational tasks.
- Implement minor configuration and IaC changes.
- Provide first-line support to development teams.
- Maintain Jira updates and technical documentation.
- Contribute to automation and process improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
## Who you are
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience, internships, or project work.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, Git, cloud platforms, and scripting.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
