DealCloud Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced DealCloud Consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their current platform environment and support their strategic upgrade to DealCloud Celeste. This role combines deep platform expertise with advisory consulting to optimize configuration, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver a structured implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive health checks and assessments of existing DealCloud environments, including platform configuration, data models, workflows, permissions, and integrations
• Evaluate current reporting capabilities and user adoption metrics to identify usability improvements and optimization opportunities
• Develop detailed functional and technical recommendations to address identified gaps, risks, and considerations prior to Celeste migration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align on solution priorities
• Support planning and strategy for DealCloud Celeste upgrade, including best practices and migration roadmap development
• Create implementation roadmaps, documentation, and presentations outlining the path forward for the Celeste transition
• Provide expert guidance on platform optimization and change management to ensure successful adoption

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in CRM consulting, investment technology, or related domains
• Demonstrated expertise in DealCloud implementation, configuration, and Celeste upgrade/migration projects
• Strong domain knowledge in Asset Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or similar investment technology environments
• Proven ability to assess platform health, conduct gap analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present findings to both technical and business audiences
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities
• Track record of supporting complex technology transitions and user adoption initiatives
