Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Technical Lead at OutSystems, you are a strategic leader responsible for navigating multiple delivery teams through the most complex Agentic transformations. Your mission is to act as an engine of knowledge, defining the playbooks and standards that scale technical excellence across the practice while solving the industry’s most challenging customer architectural issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical governance for high-complexity programs, ensuring Agentic solutions meet architectural, security, and performance standards.

• Define and institutionalize playbooks for development productivity, implementing emerging AI tools and automated delivery strategies to improve speed and reliability.

• Act as the ultimate technical authority in "Expert Services", resolving critical failures and stabilizing environments under extreme pressure.

• Lead high-level technical discovery and negotiation, aligning customer stakeholders with future-proofed architectural roadmaps.

• Establish global standards for Prompt Engineering and AI-native best practices, ensuring they are applied across the global practice.

• Coach and enable customer/partner Tech leads, providing the strategic guidance to manage large-scale, complex platform ecosystems.

• Perform system audits and architectural health assessments, providing recommendations for long-term stability and performance.

• Drive public thought leadership through articles and conference talks that establish the "Gold Standard" for Agentic transformation.

• Identify and mitigate architectural risks across multiple project portfolios, intervening early to prevent delivery failures.

• Translate visionary business goals into multi-stream delivery plans, ensuring technical execution is aligned with strategic business ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Soft Skills: Advanced negotiation, strategic thought leadership, and the ability to drive organizational change through technical influence.

• Technical Skills: 8+ years in software engineering. Expert-level knowledge of Agentic architectures, including massive-scale orchestration, memory management, and reasoning structures. Mastery of the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated stacks (.NET, CSS, JS, SQL). Advanced knowledge of DevOps strategy and automated delivery lifecycles.

• Education/Experience: 8–10 years of experience; proven track record of architecting solutions for global enterprise clients and leading multi-stream technical programs.

• Certifications: OutSystems Expert Developer + Advanced AI/Architecture certifications.
