Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Flexible, Supportive, and Impactful!
Are you passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults reach their full potential? Red Oak is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity. Compensation for the role is hourly, per direct service hour.

Your Role:
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapeutic care, counseling, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support client progress.
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation while contributing to quality care and program success.

Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work with an Ohio Professional Counselor or LSW licensure status.
- Demonstrated experience in the treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families individually and in group modality.
- Ability to reasonably problem solve complex and possible crisis mental health client problems.
- Ability to develop and write clear, concise documents involving client outcome reporting requirements.
- Effective time management and interviewing skills.
