Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to The Dale in Avondale Estates, and we're building an incredible team to help launch our newest location.

What We're Looking For

• Previous full-service serving experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to confidently manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• Strong food, beer, tequila, margarita, and cocktail knowledge—or the willingness to become an expert
• Ability to confidently recommend menu items and upsell food and beverages
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
• Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Position Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine Texas-style hospitality and outstanding customer service
• Guide guests through the menu while confidently recommending food, margaritas, beer, tequila, cocktails, and daily features
• Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system
• Manage multiple tables while delivering attentive, efficient, and personalized service
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, beverages, and featured menu items
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, Server Assistants, and management
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Follow responsible alcohol service, Health Department regulations, and company standards
• Support fellow team members to ensure exceptional service throughout the restaurant

Schedule & Availability

Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.

Applicants should have flexible availability, including:

• Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts
• Weekday availability
• Weekend availability
• Holidays and special events
• Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
