Description

•  Singapore – Fully Remote / Flexible Working Arrangement 

• 12 month contract (Potential to Renew) 
•  Full-time – 40 hours per week

•  Join a global enterprise SaaS organisation supporting the marketing team responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand generation across Southeast Asia. 
•  Support the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, regional events, and customer engagement programs. 
•  Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle. 
•  Help ensure campaigns, events, and marketing assets are executed efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence. 

•  Support the planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives across Southeast Asia. 
•  Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, scheduling, venue coordination, and on-site event support where required. 
•  Prepare marketing collateral, presentations, reports, and customer-facing materials to support campaign delivery. 
•  Review marketing assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards. 
•  Act as the primary day-to-day contact between internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery. 
•  Track project timelines, manage multiple workstreams, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. 
•  Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. 
•  Support post-campaign and post-event reporting by consolidating performance metrics and key insights. 
•  Travel occasionally within Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, to support regional marketing events. 

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 
•  Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing. 
•  Strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience ensuring marketing deliverables meet branding and quality standards. 
•  Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and refine creative assets. 
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing agency and stakeholder relationships. 
•  Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. 
•  Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, events, or demand generation programs. 
•  Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of execution. 

Preferred Skills

•  Experience working within a global enterprise SaaS organisation or complex B2B technology environment. 
•  Experience coordinating regional marketing campaigns across multiple markets. 
•  Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
•  Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners. 
•  Experience supporting campaign reporting and performance analysis. 
•  Willingness to travel occasionally across Southeast Asia to support marketing events.
