Job Description:

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Windows & Linux Service Delivery Manager (f/m) to join our Airbus Defence & Space Digital Team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of an Airbus Defence & Space international team implementing and operating Windows and Linux RedHat Operating Systems.

As a member of the Server OS team, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Server run operations in France.

Your challenges:

• Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, continuous improvement, ...)

• Coordinate technical MFTs in case of a major incident / crisis

• Budget forecast and follow-up

• Monitor obsolescence and lead minor upgrades implementation

• Organize regular surveys measuring our customers satisfaction

• Facilitate the discussion between our customers and our experts or our run supplier.

Your profile:

• Professional experience : 5+ years in infrastructure operations or similar experience

• Steering an outsourced contract: being strong on the contract execution (price, SLA, priorities, ...), while being fair and building trust with the run supplier

• Rigorous, organized and able to follow multiple activities in parallel

• Basic knowledge in hosting: Windows OS, Linux OS, patching solutions (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM

• Basic knowledge in network: LAN / WAN, TCP/IP.

Airbus Defence & Space recherche un Service Delivery Manager Windows & Linux (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département Infrastructure - Hosting basé à Toulouse, France.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe internationale chargée de la mise à disposition et du maintien en condition de sécurité des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et RedHat Linux.

Au sein de l'équipe Server OS, vous serez garant de la performance du service délivré en France (env. 2500 serveurs).

Vos challenges:

• Suivi de la performance de notre prestataire de service (SLA, factures, correctifs de sécurité, gestion des problèmes, amélioration continue)

• Coordination en cas d'incident majeur ou de crise

• Planification et suivi budgétaire

• Suivi de l’obsolescence et pilotage des mises à jour mineures

• Enquêtes de satisfaction client

• Fluidification des échanges entre nos clients internes et nos experts techniques ou notre prestataire de service.

Votre profil:

• 5 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle dans les domaines du hosting ou du cloud

• Expérience de pilotage de contrat de service : suivi des SLA, des prix, des priorités et capacité à créer et entretenir des relations équitables et pérennes avec un fournisseur

• Rigoureux, organisé et capable de mener plusieurs activités en parallèle

• Connaissances en hosting : systèmes d’exploitation Windows, Linux, patching (WSUS / MCEM / RedHat Sat), VMware, Active Directory / Linux IdM

• Connaissances basique en réseau : LAN / WAN, TCP/IP

• Niveau anglais intermédiaire exigé.
