## About this Role

We are seeking a highly capable professional to define, align, and drive Vodafone’s AI and Data strategy into execution, translating business ambition into a measurable, outcome-led roadmap. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that strategic priorities are converted into scalable, value-driven initiatives across markets and functions, balancing innovation, efficiency, and risk-aware decision-making.

## What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end AI and Data strategy and execution roadmap

• Define clear strategic priorities, including where to invest, standardise, or discontinue initiatives

• Develop and manage a multi-year capability and architecture roadmap designed for scale and reuse

• Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable strategic decisions

• Lead strategic planning cycles and governance cadence across functions

• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks related to delivery, adoption, compliance, and financial exposure

• Align stakeholders through clear communication and strategic direction

• Ensure AI and Data initiatives deliver measurable business value across markets

## Who you are

• A professional with strong experience in enterprise AI and Data strategy and execution leadership
• Knowledgeable in integrating business strategy with technology capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes
• Experienced in working with large-scale platforms and operating models across multiple markets
• Skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders at senior levels, both internally and externally
• Adept at value-driven, risk-aware decision-making within complex organisational environments
• Familiar with enterprise architecture, portfolio governance, and responsible AI principles
• Educated to degree level in business, engineering, data, or equivalent practical experience
