What You Will Do:

• Analyse account activity and make an informed decision whether to allow the activity or prevent it.
• Educating and teaching other employees about financial crime, job procedures and other job-related material.
• Completes quality assurance reviews of the investigations conducted by Investigator Analyst I
• Clearly documents results of analysis with recommended potential steps for resolution.
• Enhances quality of quality assurance function
• Performs quality assurance review in accordance with compliance and client policies
• Creating and presenting quality work deliverables
• Develops and recommends solutions to improve the quality and operational effectiveness
• Provides feedback on the investigations and reporting of junior analysts and educates them

What You Will Need:

• At least 2+ years’ experience working on different areas in compliance field.
• The ability to speak and write English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What would be nice to have:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.

The annual salary range for this position is €26,000.00-€44,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
