Position Summary

Laguna Phuket is seeking an Assistant Landscape Design & Development Manager to support the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects across the destination. This role works closely with the Director of Centralised Landscape to deliver high-quality projects, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to the development of a high-performing landscape team. The position offers strong career growth potential for candidates with demonstrated leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, design, and delivery of landscape development projects.
  • Prepare landscape drawings, technical documentation, presentations, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate site works and monitor project quality, budgets, schedules, and progress.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during project implementation.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing landscape standards across Laguna Phuket.
  • Contribute to team development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design, construction, site supervision, or project management.
  • Understanding landscape construction, planting, irrigation systems, project delivery and maintenance
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Well communication, presentation, and management skills.
