About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson's Finance and Business Control team and help identify, develop, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve the way we work in the Customer Unit Northern Europe.
You will collaborate with business, finance, and technology teams to explore new opportunities for automation, develop AI-enabled solutions, and contribute to Ericsson's digital transformation journey.
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools across business and finance processes
- Build and test AI-powered solutions, prompts, agents, dashboards, and workflow automations
- Analyze existing ways of working and recommend improvements through AI and data-driven approaches
- Support teams in adopting AI tools and sharing best practices
- Collaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to turn ideas into practical solutions
- Document use cases, benefits, and lessons learned to support wider adoption of AI
The skills you bring:
- Recent graduate, or taking the first steps in your professional career
- Studying or qualified in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Curious about AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with data and exploring new tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eager to learn and contribute in an international environment
- Technical Skills (Advantageous): Python, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Analytics and automation tools
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
