We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruitment Global Operations & Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a strategic integration of operations and sourcing, designed to enhance our recruitment processes and build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our global recruitment efforts, from job platform management to candidate sourcing and engagement.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment Operations Management:
- Ensure the quality and visibility of Accelleron job posts across global channels.
- Manage job postings, including publishing and removal on LinkedIn and other job platforms.
- Support interview scheduling, including coordinating between candidates and interview panels, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Provide support for background and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports to track key performance metrics.
- Act as a first-level support contact for technical issues with recruitment software, primarily Workday.
Talent Sourcing and Engagement:
- Employ advanced search methodologies and strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry-specific resources to source candidates.
- Conduct outreach and initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Establish effective communication channels with recruiters, HR managers, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Share updates on candidate status and facilitate the handover of potential candidates to the recruitment team.
- Participate in strategic discussions to refine and optimize recruitment and sourcing efforts.

Your background
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment operations and talent sourcing within a multinational organization.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, job posting, interview coordination, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with candidates and team members.
- Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems (preferably Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve process challenges efficiently.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently with remote support.
Work Environment and Support
- Office-based role in Querétaro, Mexico.
- Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime business hours, on-site in Querétaro.
- The HR Specialist will work independently while reporting to and receiving remote support from the US.
- Regular use of computer and office equipment will be required.
- Occasional travel may be required to support regional HR activities.
