Job Description

Core Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Installation of lines based on project scenario. / Lắp đặt các dây chuyền dựa trên các tình huống giả định  của dự án.

• Repairs manufacturing and non-manufacturing equipment and facilities - repairs on site or securing it to the supplier. / Sửa chữa kỹ thuật các thiết bị và cơ sở sản xuất cũng như không sản xuất – sửa chữa tại chỗ hoặc gửi đến nhà cung cấp một cách đảm bảo

• Support software engineer on automation improvement or project. / Hỗ trợ kỹ sư phần mềm trong việc cải tiến tự động hóa hoặc dự án.

• ​Support process engineer on equipment testing. / Hỗ trợ kỹ sư quy trình trong việc kiểm thiết bị .

• Lead and drive small projects relevant to machine issues. / Dẫn dắt và thúc đẩy việc thực hiện những dự án liên quan đến vấn đề về máy móc.

• Introduction of new technology and method to maintain and improve machine performance. / Áp dụng công nghệ và phương pháp mới để duy trì và cải tiến hiệu suất của máy móc.

• Collection and transition on knowledge sharing./ Thu thập và chuyển giao kiến thức.

• Preparation of electronics and software documentation + cooperation on process description. / Chuẩn bị tài liệu bao gồm điện tử và phần mềm + phối hợp cùng soạn thảo quy trình.

• Cooperation with other maintenance personnel, engineering and operators. / Hợp tác với nhân viên bảo trì, kỹ thuật và các nhân viên vận hành khác.

• Transmission of information on repairs and faults to your manager and implementation of records on condition levels, or the repair done. / Truyền đạt thông tin về sửa chữa và lỗi cho quản lý và hoàn thành hồ sơ về tình trạng hiện tại, và ghi chép về những sửa chữa đã được thực hiện.

• Responsibility for the work done and for order in the workplace. / Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn thành công việc theo thứ tự tại nơi làm việc

• Compliance with safety and workflow. / Tuân thủ về an toàn và quy trình làm việc.

• Be able to work in shift if needed. / Có khả năng làm việc theo ca nếu cần thiết.

Do you have what it takes? / Yêu cầu của vị trí này:

• Minimum 1-2 year experience with electricity and electronics. / Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực điện tử.

• Can read mechanical / electrical diagram and perform proper trouble shooting. / Có thể đọc biểu đồ kỹ thuật / điện tử và thực hiện xử lý quy trình xử lý sự cố thích hợp

• Technical education with a focus on electricity (electronics, software). / Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật với trọng tâm về điện (điện tử, phần mềm)

• Works on PC,  such as MS Office, SAP, Basic knowledge of CAD, Rockwell PLC/Siemens PLC/Other Industry PLC is an advantage. / Sử dụng máy tính, như là MS Office, SAP. Có kiến thức cơ bản về CAD, Rockwell PLC/Siemens PLC/Các PLC về các ngành công nghiệp khác là một lợi thế.

• Teamwork/ Làm việc nhóm tốt.

• Basic in English / Có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu Tiếng Anh.
