Description
To assist in opening and closing the concession stand; to assist in operating the concession stand by preparing food, stocking shelves, waiting on customers, using cash registers, money handling, and keeping the stand and equipment clean.
5-15 hours per week 6-8 positions open- Providing friendly and respectful customer service.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks.
- Keep stand and building clean and stocked.
- Practice safe food handling techniques.
- Practice correct cash handling techniques.
- Clean and sanitize food equipment after use.
- Additional custodial work throughout the building after events.
- Communicate product or equipment needs to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive work environment.

- Good written and verbal communication and computer skills.
- Must demonstrate good public relation skills with customers and staff.
- Must be able to get along and work with fellow employees.
- Must communicate effectively.
- Must be able to work in cold, damp, hot, or loud conditions.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be able to bend, twist, and squat occasionally for 6-8 hours per day and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
- Ability to read/write and follow verbal and written directions.
- Must be able to continuously walk or stand for 4-8 hours.
- Must be able to operate point of sale software and cash drawer.
- Must be proficient in mathematics.
- Must have the ability to work unsupervised.
