We're looking for an Insights Lead - Aftermarket to help drive growth through data, market intelligence, and commercial insight.
This role works across Sales, Operations, Caterpillar, and other business stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve sales effectiveness, and support decisions that grow revenue, market share, and customer value. You'll be responsible for developing and evolving Finning's Aftermarket lead and insights model, turning data into actionable opportunities for the business.

Job Description:
What You'll Do
Identify customer, equipment, and market opportunities through data analysis.
Develop insights that support revenue growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
Build reporting, dashboards, and recommendations that help leaders make better decisions.
Partner with stakeholders across Finning and Caterpillar on strategic initiatives and business planning.
Support continuous improvement in CRM, market intelligence, sales performance, and data quality.
What You'll Bring
Experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, market intelligence, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and related analytical tools.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with customer, equipment, or commercial data.
