Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and analytical Consultant, International Benefits to join our Financials & Performance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex global benefits initiatives, overseeing end-to-end financial tracking, and delivering data-driven strategic business cases for senior leadership.
You will collaborate within a highly matrixed global environment, partnering closely with regional benefits leaders and executive leadership to align regional insights with global financial governance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Global Projects: Drive the end-to-end project management and execution of key international benefits initiatives, ensuring full alignment with global financial standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate on Governance & Business Cases: Partner with cross-functional global stakeholders to author and present visually impactful, data-backed business cases and Subject Matter Expert financial reviews for the Global Benefits Governance Committee.
- Ensure Financial Discipline & Compliance: Build and manage consistent budget-to-actual tracking, variance reporting, and global broker financial savings roadmaps to maintain organizational governance standards.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in corporate benefits, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), or benefits consulting, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits administration, financial modeling, and data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with exposure to Human Resources systems like Workday.
- Proven ability in strategic project management, stakeholder collaboration, and designing executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
