As a Reliability Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by improving equipment reliability and ensuring consistent performance in a regulated environment. This is a site-based role. What you will do:
Analyze equipment performance to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCM
Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime
Track and report key reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety standards
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practices
Familiarity with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPM
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
