Your role will be to work collaboratively alongside our talented Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives to deliver best-in-class SEO/Generative Search Optimisation (GSO) strategies for our clients. This is both a client-facing role and one where you will be hands-on with data collection, analysis and providing recommendations.

• Client Servicing – Visible as a key point of contact for clients and ensure they are happy with work delivered.
• Account Management – Effectively managing your own time, and time allocated to junior team members. To complete deliverables in the scope of work to share with the client on time and to a high standard.
• Generative Search Optimisation – Analysing and providing strategic direction across AI Search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity)
• Behaviour-led SEO – Provide detailed insights on a full suite of technical and on-page SEO features and their business impact. Deep understanding of audience search behaviour across surfaces.
• Analysis – Lead analytical work streams, discovering deep and meaningful insights to help inform content and technical strategies in highly competitive markets.
• Measurement – Ensure performance is benchmarked and measured and push the boundaries of reporting standards.
• Team Support – As a line manager, support the evolution of an Account Executive and the wider team.
• Collaboration – Working closely with the other SEO sub-teams as well as Mindshare analytics, media, and planning teams to deliver consistent and considered work.
• New Business – Assist in growing business with existing clients as well as involvement with new business

• Strong SEO skillset
• Confident with technical SEO workstreams and platforms, to extract insight and provide strategic direction to clients
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
• Experience building and managing relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Have experience building agents to assist and add value across the tasks you’re completing
• Confident presenting to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Keen eye for keeping up to date with search industry news and applying relevant insights for clients
