[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

Conduct full-time and part-time teaching in Information Technology, Networking, Cybersecurity, and other foundational ICT-related modules.
Design, develop, review, and maintain curriculum, course materials, and assessments, while recommending enhancements to improve student learning outcomes, performance, and employability.
Facilitate and guide student project work, including e-learning and self-directed learning initiatives, to develop technical and professional competencies.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and academic guidance to support students’ learning, development, and success.
Engage and collaborate with industry partners, parents, secondary schools, and other stakeholders to support outreach, partnership, and student development activities.

[What we are looking for]

Relevant industry experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
Candidates with fewer years of relevant experience who demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to transition from other ICT-related disciplines will also be considered.
Strong passion for education and a commitment to nurturing and imparting knowledge to youths and adult learners.
Keen interest and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and emerging ICT domains.
Relevant professional IT or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with an interest in mentoring and engaging youths and young adults.
Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
