Main tasks:
- Own and continuously improve global business processes across SAP Sales (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Design end-to-end process solutions, define system requirements, and drive process standardization across the global organization.
- Lead and support international SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects from concept through go-live.
- Coordinate process design, testing, user acceptance, training, and deployment activities in collaboration with Business, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Manage global incident, change, and release processes to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
- Evaluate local process and system requirements, balancing regional needs with global standards and governance.
- Develop training concepts and enable regional process owners through a structured train-the-trainer approach.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation, system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Process Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in SAP logistics process management, application management, or SAP consulting within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP GTS; knowledge of SAP TM, EWM, MM, or PP is an advantage.
- Experience delivering international SAP implementation, rollout, or business transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of global sales, logistics, and international trade processes.
- Experience managing change requests, release planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English; German is an advantage.
