As a Finance Administrator based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:  

• Oversee the creation and ongoing maintenance of contract claims documentation.

• Resolve disputed contract claims through collaboration with the cash collection, supplier, and category teams.

• Identify and address margin inefficiencies by delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Partner closely with category management to maximise margin improvement opportunities.

• Contribute to the profitable growth of the WUK business through strategic financial support.

• Proactively identify, investigate, and challenge low-margin transactions within WUK.

• Proficient in computer use, with strong skills in Microsoft applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week
