Tuesday - Saturday Roster - 24.5 hours
Tues – 11.00am - 4.00pm
Wed – 11.00am - 4.00pm
Thurs - 11.00am - 4.00pm
Fri - 11.00am - 4.00pm
Sat - 9.45am - 2.15pm

As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Sunny Bank Branch, you’ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:
Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We’re interested in people who have:
A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
