Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be critical in developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey across the StoneX Group Inc Non-Retail business groups. This vital marketing role will build email programs to onboard, activate, and engage, and retain users at a large scale. You’ll also work cross-functionally with stakeholders and other teams to understand the customer lifecycle and maximize engagement.

 

This role is marketing to our end users, so the ideal candidate is user-obsessed and can drive meaningful engagement. The ideal candidate is also someone who is a hands-on operator and has familiarity with a fast-paced environment.

 

Primary duties will include: 

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
• Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

 

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related field.
• Understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email design.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J), Customer Insights Data (CI-D), Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot.

Education / Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Working environment:

• Hybrid role, 4 days in-office.
