Regional Account Director – Financial Services Client

Position Summary
The Asia Pacific Regional Account Director (RAD) is the senior executive accountable for leading JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partnership with a large Financial Services client across the Asia Pacific region.
This role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across all APAC locations in full alignment with agreed scope, standards, governance frameworks, and contractual commitments. The RAD owns regional performance, financial management, risk oversight, and strategic execution—driving operational excellence through disciplined governance, standardization, innovation, and proactive issue resolution.
As the primary JLL leader for the account, the RAD translates the Client’s strategic priorities into structured action plans with clear accountability, measurable outcomes, and relentless focus on quality, control, simplification, consistency, and value. The role fosters a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring that all teams operate with pace, rigor, and alignment to deliver exceptional client outcomes at scale.
Working Environment
The role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore at the Client office, requiring close collaboration with Client leadership and cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The RAD leads a high-performing, integrated team delivering IFM services across Client’s APAC portfolio. Direct and matrix reports include:

- Sub-Regional and Country Operations Leads
- Regional Finance Director
- Regional HR Business Partner
Core Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Strategic Execution
- Lead regional IFM account management and delivery, ensuring consistent execution across all APAC locations aligned to agreed scope, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Translate Client strategic priorities and account objectives into structured plans, clear accountabilities, and measurable outcomes that drive tangible results.
- Provide clear direction and alignment across the JLL service delivery organization, ensuring all teams understand expectations and execute consistently against account priorities.
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
- Ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery across all sites, guided by the principles of quality, control, simplification, consistency, and innovation.
- Maintain practical engagement with local operations to understand service delivery realities, manage risks proactively, and drive targeted improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives—leveraging technology, best practices, and market insights to enhance service quality, efficiency, transparency, and value.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Own regional KPI and performance governance, ensuring accurate, evidence-based reporting, clear performance narratives, and timely corrective actions for underperformance.
- Ensure contract and commercial compliance, alignment to financial principles, and fulfillment of all commercial commitments.
- Lead risk and incident management across the region—establishing processes that enable early identification, clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective remediation.
Financial & Resource Stewardship
- Own regional financial management and governance, including accurate forecasting, financial transparency, and robust budget oversight.
- Ensure effective resource alignment and capability deployment across the region, coordinating cross-location delivery to meet account objectives efficiently.
Process Standardization & Transparency
- Drive structured process management discipline—ensuring SOPs, reporting templates, and operating practices are documented, consistent, regularly updated, and implemented at scale.
- Embed common data standards, reporting formats, and methodologies across all locations to reduce complexity, cost, and risk while enabling effective oversight.
- Promote proactive, unfiltered communication—providing clear visibility into performance, issues, and risks without delay.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for the client, building trusted relationships through transparency, responsiveness, and disciplined execution.
- Champion change and innovation—challenging legacy approaches and driving adoption of new processes and technologies that improve outcomes.

- Drives consistency and standardization at scale: Embeds common processes and data standards to enable oversight and reduce operational friction.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in real estate services, with deep expertise in Facilities Account Management and working knowledge of Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Lease Administration, Workplace Strategy, and Employee Experience.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-country IFM accounts, including P&L responsibility across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to partner strategically with global financial institutions (such as UBS) to deliver operational excellence, governance, and transformation.
- Strong understanding of contract compliance, risk management, data governance, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Experience balancing client expectations with firm profitability while maintaining trust, transparency, and mutual value creation.
- Ability to lead large, matrixed teams with clarity, consistency, and cultural sensitivity across APAC markets.
