Your responsibilities
- Analyze quality, process, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable business impact.
- Facilitate improvement initiatives, root cause analyses, and problem-solving activities across manufacturing sites.
- Develop dashboards and reporting that support fact-based decision-making and performance visibility.
- Support the continuous development of Valmet's Quality Management System in line with applicable standards.
- Build strong networks across functions and locations to share best practices and implement sustainable improvements globally.
Expectations for you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive improvement initiatives and business results.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel as needed.
