The team leverages DisputeFox, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled content tools to streamline operations and maintain a steady social presence on Meta and Instagram. Leadership values proactive, detail-oriented support and provides coaching to expand responsibilities over time.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists to streamline and scale day-to-day credit dispute operations so the founder can focus on growth and client outcomes. By owning DisputeFox workflows, organizing documentation, and keeping the admin engine running smoothly, the Executive Assistant ensures no deadlines are missed and follow-ups happen on time. The role also supports a consistent, professional brand presence on social media and provides light marketing support as directed.
The Impact you’ll make
Credit Repair Dispute Management (DisputeFox)
- Create, submit, and track credit bureau/creditor disputes according to SOPs and timelines
- Monitor outcomes, log results, prepare follow-ups/reinvestigations, and escalate as needed
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation and supporting records in Google Drive
Social Media Content & Scheduling (Meta & Instagram)
- Plan a simple content calendar aligned with brand guidance
- Design posts/reels/stories in Canva; draft captions using ChatGPT/AI; apply relevant hashtags
- Schedule posts and handle basic engagement (likes/replies within guidelines)
- Track basic performance metrics and surface insights
Digital Marketing Support (nice-to-have)
- Assist with ad setup/coordination and basic campaign tracking as directed
- Keep tracking sheets/dashboards current and organized
- Coordinate tasks/timelines with vendors or partners when applicable
Administrative Operations
- Triage emails, flag priorities, and draft routine responses
- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings
- Organize Google Drive folders and uphold naming/file hygiene standards
- Prepare concise weekly summaries on dispute status, social content, and admin tasks
Proactive Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest SOP updates, templates, or AI-driven efficiencies
- Maintain clear task lists, deadlines, and status updates for the founder
- Document how-to guides for repeatable tasks and cross-training
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Direct experience in the credit repair industry, including hands-on dispute processing
- Strong Google Workspace skills (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and file organization discipline
- Excellent written English, high attention to detail, and discretion handling sensitive information

WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Compensation:
