Description
You manage a large Desjardins-wide program or project. You are responsible for program or project execution, including defining the scope and roadmap, ensuring deliveries stay on schedule and setting the overall pace of the program or project. You are responsible for recommending, developing and implementing the business plan, and defining strategic directions and actions. Under a matrix structure, you manage all human resources assigned to the program or project and overall program or project performance. You oversee reporting and member/client satisfaction. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Prioritize and align the program or project based on strategic objectives. Ensure alignment with stakeholders across Desjardins Group. Manage tie-ins between cross-sector capabilities and the foundations required for the program or project.
- Find the right balance between short-term improvements and gains and long-term added value. Carefully manage financial performance and risks and ensure expected benefits are delivered.
- Represent the program or project before Desjardins Group decision-making bodies and be ultimately responsible for creating value for members and clients.
- Monitor program or project execution. Define and implement appropriate KPIs and action plans.
- Actively manage the program or project team under a matrix structure. With the program or project team, participate in performance dialogue based on the progress indicators. Oversee change management for the transformation.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
