Position Type: Part Time / Graveyard Shift 

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and hotel policies.
• Monitor access to the lobby and front desk area, verify visitor credentials as required, and assist with directing guests and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, and security-related communications, and promptly report concerns to appropriate hotel personnel.
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional front desk presence while supporting a positive guest experience and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
