About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis, and Python-based development. You will work on building scalable predictive models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems.

This role requires someone who can own the complete machine learning lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
  • Build predictive models using regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and forecasting techniques.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and automate model workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production using APIs or MLOps practices.
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Pandas
    • NumPy
    • Scikit-learn
    • TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Machine Learning algorithms
    • Statistics
    • Probability
    • Feature Engineering
    • Model Evaluation techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Matplotlib
    • Seaborn
  • Experience deploying ML models using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and MLOps concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
