Legal Sales Manager - Remote

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in Sales and Operations, driving KPIs, and experience in the legal industry (preferred) to lead our Sales Team and drive measurable business growth.

Position Overview: 

The Sales Manager oversees the law firm’s sales operations to ensure that every lead is handled promptly, professionally, and efficiently. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into retained clients, improving team performance, and supporting the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional client experiences in Family Law and Criminal Defense matters. 

The Sales Manager will manage and coach the sales team, analyze conversion data, refine scripts and systems, and work closely with marketing and attorneys to drive consistent growth and revenue.
