KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sparkle Squad Duties: Channel your inner sparkle! Transform guest rooms and equipment into spotless sanctuaries. Shine up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so every corner gleams. From plush carpets to comfy furniture, make it all dazzle. Keep your housekeeping cart loaded like a pro, ready for any adventure. Freshen up beds with crisp linens and restock supplies, making every guest feel at home. Dive into deep cleaning tasks—swap AC filters, add a splash of paint—so everything stays picture-perfect!
- Guest Happiness Hero: Be the friendly face guests remember! Spring into action when someone needs a hand and deliver items with a smile. Let your awesome customer service shine through every interaction.
- Safety Superstars: Be the hotel’s guardian! Make sure both guests and property stay safe by keeping an eye on sensitive spots. Practice safe work habits so you and your teammates can enjoy a worry-free day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Conveniently located off I-44, our hotel is within a short distance of the Central Mall, Great Plains Technology Center and the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. Guests can relax inside the beautifully decorated suites, fitted with the pleasures of home. Only 4 miles from the Fort Sill Army Base, we're the ideal option if they're visiting a service member or attending a base graduation. Whenever travelers stay, they're guaranteed a comfortable sleeping space, living area and fully equipped kitchen. Guests can work out in the fitness center, host a meeting in an event space, or enjoy a relaxing swim. The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, subject to change. With a complimentary hot full breakfast each day and our evening social offered Monday through Thursday, Homewood Suites by Hilton® Lawton, OK promises a home away from home.
