Essential Duties:
- Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments
- Support online customers by setting appointments
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
- Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer

Qualification:
- Must have appointment setting experience
- Comfortable and familiar with computers and databases
- Good organizational skills
- Good telephone skills
- Must be a team player
